Caroline Mitterlehner

Caroline Mitterlehner holds a master’s degree in International Business from Kufstein University of Applied Sciences and studied Strategic Marketing at La Trobe University. She began her career in 2006 at DSM Engineering Materials, laying the foundation for a successful 20-year career in engineering plastics.

Throughout her professional career, she developed extensive expertise in the application of innovative materials across marketing, sales, innovation, and business unit management. Her strategic leadership experience includes serving as Director of the Innovation Program Office at DSM, where she led the development and implementation of the company’s innovation strategy.

As Executive Vice President Specialty Materials at Envalior, Caroline is part of the company’s executive leadership team and is responsible for Envalior’s portfolio of specialized product lines, including Stanyl^®, Arnitel^®, ForTii^®, EcoPaXX^®, Xytron^™, as well as Advanced Thermoplastic Composites — driving innovations that enable sustainable growth for customers and industries worldwide.
