Mark Lapping

Mark is an experienced CEO with a successful record of leading customer centric manufacturing and service businesses. With extensive experience of leading strategic change within major packaging organisations, he brings a strong combination of strategic, operational and commercial skills to the team and understands the highly complex nature and interdependencies of global industry supply chains.

As CEO of Aquapak, a pioneering organisation which is using science and innovation to develop sustainable and fully scalable solutions to help customers around the world move towards a circular economy, Mark’s role is to open exciting opportunities and new ways of working for brands, packaging converters and consumers, and encourage a spirit of constant innovation and close collaboration with like-minded partner companies.

Prior to joining Aquapak, Mark was President of Coveris UK, part of the fifth largest global packaging business, as well as holding leadership roles at Paragon Print & Packaging and Mondi Group. Before entering the corporate world, he services in the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards following his graduation from Newcastle University.
